The HITS will continue playing with:
Expanded training opportunities and enhanced development
It is crucial that advisors are given as much support as possible. This includes more training opportunities, self-assessments, and virtual sessions to reduce personal expenses and travel.
Proactive measures to meet with chapters before issues arise
A review of chapter policies and procedures before the next submission may reveal recommendations to capture accurate language and alignment with Sorority policy.
Fortified compliance processes
In partnership with designated leaders, we need to restore and solidify the compliance process and confirming reliable reporting via the Red Zone.
Supported transitions of elected offices to ensure continuity
I would like to coordinate with incoming and outgoing officers to build on their experiences and provide a thorough organizational orientation to reduce performance gaps and learning curves encountered in their new positions.
