Impact
The responsibility as specifically defined in the Constitution & Bylaws delves into areas reflected in Soror Farver’s leadership experience.
As Member of the National Scholarship and Standards Committee, my responsibilities would include:
1. Administer and enforce policies and procedures, including the Sorority’s scholarship program, Code of Conduct, membership intake and charter process;
I served on local P&P, participated in deliberations on the process with recommendations for a chartering checklist.
2. Manage the transition, onboarding and training of Regional Officers;

Participated in the Regional Officers trainings and reinforced fiduciary responsibilities imposed on all elected officers and appointed regional secretaries.

3. Utilize trained investigators or alleged misconduct and improprieties;
​
Served as investigator and naturally involved in investigations for violation in policy and inappropriate behavior.



4. Adjudicate disputes by and among Chapter committees, officers, and members;
​
Interceded to resolve conflict and coordinated sessions to dispel misinterpretations of governing documents, conducted Teambuilding workshops.
5. Administer and oversee policies and procedures;
​
Assisted chapters with developing and codifying effective polices and procedures.

6. Review disciplinary actions by Regional Directors;
​
Served on multiple Appeals Panels to analyze the findings of each case, propose recommendations, uphold or repeal the judgement.
7. Recommend for approval of the Board of Directors and assess the implementation of policies associated with scholarship and standards.

Offered recommendations on the preparatory steps of the membership intake program.
